Marcia Gay Harden (née le 14 août 1959) est une actrice américaine de cinéma et de théâtre. Le rôle décisif de Harden était dans The First Wives Club (1996), suivi de plusieurs rôles qui lui ont valu une renommée plus large, notamment la comédie à succès Flubber (1997) et Meet Joe Black (1998). Elle a reçu un Academy Award de la meilleure actrice dans un second rôle pour son rôle de Lee Krasner dans Pollock (2000). Elle a joué dans une série de films grand public et indépendants à succès, tels que Space Cowboys (2000), Into the Wild (2007) et The Mist (2007).
